This Refund Policy applies to services provided by HG Enterprises (operating under the trade name FlexRemote, hereafter referred to as "Company", "we", "our", or "us").


Eligibility for Refund

All subscription purchases on FlexRemote are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • A verified technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing the service.
  • The platform was non-functional or inaccessible for an extended period due to an error on our end.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with job listings, or failure to use the subscription during the active period.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@flexremote.in within 24 hours of the transaction. Please include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, and a description of the technical issue experienced.

Review & Processing

All refund requests are subject to review. We may request additional information or screenshots to verify the reported issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
